A fantastic product. I’ve been meaning to get an indoor camera for some time and finally took the plunge on this! For what I paid, the ease of set up/use is fantastic. The picture quality is great and I can now check to see if my (older) kids are home from school and settled safely before I get in from work. I will purchase more for other areas in the home in the future as I am really pleased with my purchase!!

No app available in the app store and was told after emailing support, that one will be ready in a couple of days (we are at that couple of days) Can't find any easy to set it up on my mac with the client software. Currently trying to install an Android emulator to see if I can use the android app. Also, what's with the stupid user advice to the question: "iSmartviewPro no currently available in app store - where can I get it?" "Download from the app store." Cheers pal you're about as useful as a chocolate ashtray! The product looks nice. But why oh why is this available for sale if the supporting software isn't?

Good Picture Quality
The quality of the video is on point. I've had no issues with lag, lost connections, or interference. I use it to keep an eye on my home when I'm not there. Perfect for checking in on an elderly parent or mischievous pet. The 2 way audio is clear. I had no issues with the app so far. This is most definitely worth the money.

great camera
Great device, i need bought 3 for our house,great for keeping an eye on pets, i can watch my puppy from my mobile while out of the house to see what mischeive she gets up too.Easy to set up and has a lot of good features on the app.Picture and sound are clear,and night vision woks well too. i will buy other two camera again.

No App so unable to use camera
Bought this item on the 16th and there is still no app to use with it. Making it completely useless. Been advised app will be available in 2 days 5 days ago. Reading similar questions and posts about this too. Will be sending back soon. Not even worth One star.

Failed less than 1 year old
Stopped working less than a year after purchase. Waited nearly 2 months before a new software was released before starting to use it.
