Lovely but hot hot hot
Thankfully we used less than the recommended amount for our hotpot, ours is a split hotpot, very flavourful but hot hot hot! Not for the faint hearted! Would use less the next time but would recommend

Update juillet 2025 : nouvel approvisionnement après 1 an d'indisponibilité. Il n'y a presque plus de poivre Sichuan et autre épices dans le melange. Moins fort et moins bon qu'avant. --------------- Très fort, bien équilibré au niveau des épices. Je mets la moitié de la portion pour 1 hot pot. +++++
