are these fit for Toyota sequoia SR5 2002?

Sorry I have no idea. In fact I install them on Toyota land cruiser 2002. However, in my own openion sequoia SR5 3002 are pretty much the same like land cruiser 2002. All what I need to add is that this item are worth its money and price and woks perfect since I install them. Please check my old comments regarding the installation process as I need to make a little modification to get them fit.

For use in my Scion? I needed a D shaped shaft. If you can disassemble your mechanism to see what is in there is the best way to go.

Will this fit a 00 Lexus gs400?

Yes, lexus uses the same motor actuators on all their lock actuators. You will need to make a slight modification to the motor shaft by grinding a small flat surface into the shaft so that you can replace a plastic gear that the original motor has. This is very easy using a rotary grinding tool.

these fit perfectly my Lexus RX300, but would do the oppostire of the other doors--when I locked the car, it would unlock, and visa versa--any help?

These are DC motors, which means they reverse direction when the polarity is reversed. You have the connections backwards.If there are wires running into the motors, just switch them. If there are not, you would either have to reverse the connections on the motor itself by removing the casing, or otherwise change the polarity in some manner. The alternative I guess would be to switch all 4 motors so they operate in the same fashion if you are not able to do the above, but that would be a lot of needless work.Hope this helps!
