HOW TO USE
1) Simply take the pad out of the travelling bag and roll it out with the valve open. The pad self inflates as the foam expands, you can adjust the firmness by blowing into the mat.

2) If you would like the head cushion to also be inflated, you will need to blow 10-15 times into it that part.

3) Deflating is just as of an easy task. Simply open the valve and roll the mattress up slowly, pushing the air towards the valve as you go. Once rolled up, use the compression straps for compact storage and then place it back into its travel bag.
